Zaikine Research and Consulting is a sustainability consultancy. We help small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) reorganise and rebuild their business strategy around the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and within the circular economy framework. Our primary aim is to help our clients meet the stringent requirements of the much-revered B Corp model, which seeks to balance profit, people and the planet.
Company founder, Dr Zeynep Kacmaz Milne, has been guiding organisations, across various different industries, through international expansion and project development for nearly three decades. Since 2007 she has focused her academic and professional work on sustainability in both business management and finance. Her multi-disciplinary background includes manufacturing sectors, such as environmental technologies and turbo-machinery, and service sectors, such as real estate and higher education.
Zeynep has successfully melded academic research with specialist commercial experience, giving her an unusually wide perspective of the sustainability issues that are particular to SMEs. The unique networks that she has carefully nurtured and developed across academia and business provide clients with a meaningful platform for solid community building, and, importantly, help them integrate sustainability principles into their businesses.
